Checks with useful evidence.

A property visit should produce more than scattered photos. NearBee inspections are designed around structured areas, tasks, evidence and follow-up so the result can actually be used to make decisions.

Questions

What we can confirm during pre-launch.

Can inspections be used for landlord portfolios?

Yes. NearBee is being designed with multi-property workflows in mind, including repeat visits, property context and evidence.

Are NearBee inspections formal surveys?

Not by default. A NearBee property check is a practical inspection workflow; regulated surveys or specialist reports must be completed by appropriately qualified professionals where required.
